The Integrated Management System follows the PDCA cycle (plan-do-check-act) which allows organisations to: establish the goals and the necessary procedures to achieve results in line with their Policy; implement the defined processes; monitor and measure them; and take actions to improve the performance of their Integrated Management System.

The Policy determines the Management System and defines its scope and the commitment from the executive team to ensure the correct management of energy resources, worker health and safety and road traffic safety, which affects both our workers and M-30 users, and lays the foundation for customer satisfaction.

Among the main identified processes, also known as key processes, are: customer-related processes, Control Centre management, traffic incident management (TIM), electrical and computer equipment maintenance management, report writing or road structure maintenance management.
