A word from our general manager

Our team of nearly 300 professionals gets up in the morning with the challenge of ensuring that the 1.5 million daily trips on the M-30 are fast, comfortable and safe.

 

It is a real honour to lead the company which has been responsible since 2005 for the preservation, maintenance and operation of the M-30, a road that constitutes the backbone of transportation in Madrid.

The service quality indicators confirm that we have met that difficult challenge with an average score of 99.5 out of 100 points; and the average accident response and resolution times are in the record times of 5 and 17 minutes, respectively.

Nevertheless, these high ratings do not stop us in our effort to provide a better service to the residents of Madrid and in parallel be more efficient and sustainable in our work.
