IV. Purpose of the Processing

The purpose of the collection and processing of personal data made by the Company is the realisation of browsing sessions of the Users on the Website, making it possible to access and use it.

Likewise, and in those cases in which the User decides to complete the contact form, the purpose of processing their personal data will be to keep contact with the User to address their questions, doubts and suggestions, and additionally, if the User decided to attach a Curriculum Vitae, keep contact with them to be included in EMESA recruitment processes.

In the event that the User contacts us to send their Curriculum Vitae, we will keep it for a maximum period of two (2) years, being the responsibility of the User to keep their professional information updated. However, in both cases the User may request its deletion at any time as reported below.

V. Legal grounds for the processing

The legal grounds for the processing of the User’s data is the consent provided when browsing the Website as well as the consent expressly granted by the User when completing the contact form to make inquiries, suggestions or send a Curriculum Vitae. Said consent may be withdrawn at any moment.
